Practical information on travel, accommodation, etc. in Budapest for guests, conference participants and visiting students is provided here. Please note that this page is permanently under construction, and all suggestions (e.g., based on your personal experiences in Budapest) are most welcome.
For a list of suggested hotels in the vicinity of OR-ZSE, please contact us.
We highly recommend you to check the relevant information on the website of Budapest Airport. Non-regulated taxi service providers should be avoided. The best option to your accommodation is probably taking either a licensed taxi or the miniBUD shuttle. The airport shuttle bus run by the public transport company is a cheaper and reasonable option if you travel directly to OR-ZSE (change at Kálvin tér for underground line M4).
